Their music is characterized by its heavy riffs, soaring vocals, and introspective lyrics that explore themes of mental health, loss, and redemption. Changing Tides has released several EPs and singles, including "Venomous," "A Price to Pay," and "Minds Expire." They have toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, sharing the stage with bands like Architects, While She Sleeps, and Bury Tomorrow.
