Marty Willson-Piper is a British singer-songwriter and guitarist best known for his work with the band The Church. Born in London in 1961, Willson-Piper began playing guitar at a young age and formed The Church in 1980. The band released their debut album, "Of Skins and Heart," in 1981 and went on to become one of the most successful Australian bands of the 1980s and 1990s. Willson-Piper has also released several solo albums, including "Lost Angeles" (2014) and "Nightjar" (2016).
