Kazu Kimura is a Japanese DJ, sound designer, and producer who began his career in the late 1980s. Born in Nagano, Japan, he started DJing in Tokyo clubs in 1987, gaining recognition for his innovative style. Alongside DJ Baby Tokio, he co-founded underground music parties across Tokyo and established Voice Production, a multimedia project that combined DJ events with visuals and fashion.
Kazu Kimura's international career took off in the early 1990s, with tours in the USA and later in Australia. He has released music on labels such as Chris Liebing's CLR and Ben Sims's Theory Records, with his tracks being played by prominent techno DJs worldwide.
