Brody Knockwood, known professionally as B-Noq, is a Mi'kmaw rapper from Prince Edward Island. He uses hip-hop as a medium to address racism and intergenerational trauma, drawing from his personal experiences. B-Noq has released two studio albums, *Ear Drugs* in 2016 and *REZ* in 2019, along with various singles. His music often reflects his journey through difficult times, including a rough childhood influenced by residential school trauma and his path to sobriety. B-Noq's recent work focuses on raising awareness about Indigenous issues, such as the issue of missing and murdered Indigenous women in his single *Display of Dominance*. He is currently working on his third studio album.
