Earth Crisis

Earth Crisis emerged from the depths of Syracuse, New York in the early 1990s to become a towering figure in the hardcore punk scene, with a strong focus on promoting animal rights and environmental ethics. The band, known for their uncompromising stance on veganism and straight edge philosophy, quickly gained a reputation for their intense music and even more fervent message. With seminal releases like "Destroy The Machines" (1995), "Gomorrah's Season Ends" (1996), and "Breed the Killers" (1998), they carved out a niche that was both musically and ideologically distinct. Their sound is characterized by a blend of hardcore punk aggression and metal precision, creating a crushingly heavy and relentless force that matched their lyrical urgency.

As pioneers in the metalcore subgenre, Earth Crisis continued to influence countless bands with their message and sound. Their work has evolved over time, with more recent offerings like "Neutralize the Threat" (2011), "Salvation Of Innocents" (2014), and "The Discipline" (2015) showcasing their ability to adapt their style while maintaining the core elements of what made them iconic. Their live performances are electric, with albums like "The Oath That Keeps Me Free" capturing the raw energy and commitment of their shows. Despite a brief hiatus in the early 2000s, Earth Crisis remained unwavering in their mission, reuniting and continuing to release music and tour, becoming legends not only in hardcore and metal circles but also in the realms of animal rights and activism.
