Coldworker

Coldworker is a Swedish death metal band that stormed onto the scene in 2006, founded by former Nasum drummer Anders Jakobsson. Known for their blistering blend of technical riffage, grindcore energy, and politically charged lyrics, the band dropped three relentless full-length albums: *The Contaminated Void* (2006), *Rotting Paradise* (2008), and *The Doomsayer’s Call* (2010). These releases solidified their reputation for combining raw aggression with tight musicianship, tackling themes of societal decay and environmental collapse. Over the years, Coldworker featured a rotating lineup of Swedish metal veterans, including vocalist Joel Fornbrant and bassist Oskar Pålsson, but went on hiatus after their 2010 album.
