Chuck Negron

Chuck Negron is best known as one of the founding members and lead vocalists of the popular 1970s rock band Three Dog Night. With his powerful and emotive voice, Negron helped deliver some of the band’s biggest hits, including the chart-topping anthem “Joy to the World” and the poignant “Easy to Be Hard.” His soulful vocals became one of the defining sounds of the group, which was known for its rich harmonies and ability to turn covers into classics.

After leaving Three Dog Night in the mid-1970s, Negron embarked on a solo career and has continued to perform and record music over the years. He’s released several solo albums and live recordings, and he often revisits the songs that made him a household name. In addition to his music, Negron has been open about his struggles with addiction and eventual recovery, sharing his journey in his autobiography and becoming an advocate for sobriety. His story is one of perseverance, talent, and enduring love for music.
