Noel Richards

Noel Richards is a Welsh singer-songwriter and worship leader who has made significant contributions to contemporary Christian music. Born in Llantrisant near Cardiff, Richards became a Christian at a young age and began his musical journey under the mentorship of John Glass, who introduced him to guitar and singing. He was inspired by early Christian music concerts, including one featuring Graham Kendrick, which motivated him to pursue a career in music. Richards has composed numerous worship songs, including "All Heaven Declares," "By Your Side," and "You Laid Aside Your Majesty," which are widely used in Christian worship today.

Richards has released several albums throughout his career, including **The Danger Line**, **By Your Side**, **Thunder in the Skies**, **Warrior**, and **Road to Berlin**. He has also been involved in organizing large-scale Christian music events, such as the 1997 Wembley Stadium event and the 2006 Berlin Olympic Stadium event. His music often reflects themes of worship and evangelism, and he has performed in numerous countries around the world. Richards is married to Tricia, with whom he collaborates on songwriting, and they have been part of the global contemporary Christian worship movement since the late 1970s.
