Graham Mushnik

Graham Mushnik, also known as Axel Oliveres, is a versatile musician born in 1985 in the French Alps. He is a self-taught composer and producer, with the organ being his primary instrument. Graham began his musical journey in 2005, releasing his first single, "La Première Cavalcade," in 2006, which featured lo-fi funky drum loops and frenetic organs. He is the co-founder of Catapulte Records, alongside Antonin Voyant and Luke Warmcop, and has been involved in various musical projects, including Guess What, Grup Şimşek, and L'Orchestre Du Montplaisant.

Graham Mushnik's music often blends diverse influences, such as Brazilian Forro, Oriental Jazz, and West-African Highlife, while maintaining a strong connection to 60’s/70’s soundtracks and Hip-Hop/Funk grooves. He has collaborated with Derya Yıldırım in the band Grup Şimşek, releasing several albums and touring internationally. Graham's recent work includes the children's album "Hey Dostum, Çak!" with Derya Yıldırım, showcasing his ability to seamlessly merge different musical styles and eras.
