Pato Fu

Pato Fu is a Brazilian rock band from Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, formed in 1992. Riding on the waves of the Brazilian rock scene's resurgence during the 90s, the band consists of lead vocalist Fernanda Takai, guitarist John Ulhoa, who is also the main songwriter and Fernanda's husband, drummer Xande Tamietti, bassist Ricardo Koctus, and keyboardist Lulu Camargo. Known for their inventive and experimental style, they incorporate an array of sounds from various genres, intertwining rock with pop, electronic, and Brazilian music.

Throughout their colorful career, Pato Fu has been lauded for their creativity, not only in their music but also in live performances and music videos. One of their most acclaimed projects is "Musica de Brinquedo," where they reimagined classic hits using toy instruments, showcasing their playful and innovative approach to music. Their recent work continues to encapsulate their signature blend of whimsy and melancholy, with releases like "Natal de Brinquedo" and "Pato Fu ilumina Sonastério" maintaining their status as beloved veterans in the Brazilian music scene. Celebrating over three decades in the industry with albums like "30," Pato Fu has established a legacy as one of the country's most enduring and imaginative bands.
