Mizikopeyi is a Guadeloupean jazz band that blends traditional Creole music with modern jazz influences. Formed in 1998, the band has released several albums, including "Jazz créole" and "Ka wouvè zel-li (Déploie ses ailes)." Their music is characterized by its infectious rhythms, soulful melodies, and the use of traditional Creole instruments such as the ka and the ti bwa. Mizikopeyi has toured extensively throughout the Caribbean and Europe, and has collaborated with a number of renowned musicians, including Manu Dibango and Youssou N'Dour.
