Ludlow Lions is a New York-based indie rock band that emerged in the mid-2000s. The group was started by primary songwriter and lead vocalist Brendan Coon when he moved to New York in 2005. Known for their lo-fi, structured rock sound with occasional guitar distortion, Ludlow Lions has released several albums including their self-titled debut "Ludlow Lions" in 2007 and "No Stories" in 2009. Their music often features simple yet structured compositions, allowing Coon's vocals to take center stage. While the band was active in the late 2000s and early 2010s, they've since stepped back from music, humorously noting on their Bandcamp page that they had to take over their dad's hardware store back in Montana.
