The Tumblers

The Tumblers are a vibrant folk-rock band based in New York City, originally formed in Brooklyn. Founded by longtime musical collaborators Jack Crawford-Brown and Emerson Sieverts, their journey began at age 11 playing together in various bands around the DC area. After nearly a decade apart pursuing separate projects, they reunited in New York in 2022 and, along with Ian Anderson, Will Frazier, and Camellia Hartman, created The Tumblers. Their music blends traditional folk storytelling and harmonies with a raw, energetic edge, delivering raucous live performances that feel like punk bands picking up banjos and violins.

Their debut album *Tangerine*, released in March 2025, showcases a range from haunting ballads to foot-stomping anthems, reflecting the band’s passion and intensity. Known for high-energy shows where they jump and holler with infectious enthusiasm, The Tumblers are quickly making their mark on the folk rock scene with honest, wild, and unafraid music that aims to be felt in your bones.
