Ross Waldemar, whose real name is Rosen Vasilev, is a DJ and producer from Pleven, Bulgaria. He began creating music in 2010 and released his first tracks a year later. Since then, he has collaborated with artists from various countries, including Bulgaria, the UK, Spain, and the US. Ross Waldemar is deeply rooted in the Deep House genre, drawing inspiration from artists like Kerri Chandler, Frankie Knuckles, and Nicolas Jaar. His unique style often incorporates old school drum machines, analog synthesizers, and classic instruments like organs and pianos, giving his music an 80’s/90’s feel. Some of his notable collaborations include tracks with NY-based artist Anthony Poteat, such as "Hot Street" and "Help Me." Recent releases showcase his versatility, with titles like "Garage In My Mind," "Every Time," and "It's Alright."
