NOFX

NOFX is an American punk rock band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1983. Spearheaded by founding member and lead vocalist/bassist Fat Mike (Michael John Burkett), the band's lineup has included guitarist Eric Melvin and drummer Erik Sandin since its inception, with El Hefe (Aaron Abeyta) joining in 1991 on lead guitar and trumpet. Known for their fast-paced music, politcally-charged lyrics, and irreverent humor, NOFX has carved out a niche in the punk scene and has amassed a dedicated fanbase over the decades.

Throughout their career, NOFX has released a plethora of albums and EPs, with their discography reflecting both maturation and a steadfast commitment to punk's DIY ethos. Some of their latest offerings include the 2021 "Single Album", which features the provocative "Fuck Euphemism", and their collaborative effort with Frank Turner, "West Coast vs. Wessex". Additionally, the band has revisited their iconic 18-minute epic "The Decline" with a live performance at Red Rocks, showcasing their enduring ability to captivate audiences. Their songs often tackle social issues with a biting wit, exemplified in tracks like "Fish in a Gun Barrel" and "Thatcher Fucked the Kids".
