Leitourgos

Leitourgos is an Irish metal band with a rich history. Originally formed in 1991, the band disbanded in 1995 when founding member Pieter Burger joined the thrash metal band Testoricide. However, Leitourgos was reformed in 2018 in Dublin, Ireland. Since their revival, they have released several notable works, including their debut album "Slaves to the Master" in 2019, along with singles like "Woe to the Vanquished" and "Book of Invasions." Their music style blends elements of heavy metal, power metal, and symphonic metal, showcasing a dynamic and powerful sound.

The band's recent releases, such as "Damn the Creature" and "Face It," continue to highlight their energetic and melodic approach to metal. With Pieter Burger and Christian Burgh among their current members, Leitourgos remains active in the metal scene, contributing to Ireland's vibrant musical landscape.
