The Garden

The Garden is a rapidly rising experimental punk duo from Orange County, California, known for their unique and avant-garde approach to music. Composed of twin brothers Wyatt and Fletcher Shears, the group has been carving out a distinct niche since their formation in 2011. Their eclectic style defies traditional genre boundaries, blending elements of punk, rap, electronic music, and indie rock into a compelling and often unpredictable sonic experience. They have self-described their style as "Vada Vada," a term they invented to represent their philosophy of pushing against the norm and creating music that is free from the constraints of conventional labelling.

The Garden's discography is as unconventional as their style, each release venturing into new aural territories with an irreverent flair. From the catchy oddities in "The Life And Times Of A Paperclip" (2013) to their relentless energy in "haha" (2015), their body of work showcases a fearless approach to songwriting and composition. Their more recent albums, such as "Mirror Might Steal Your Charm" (2018) and "Kiss My Super Bowl Ring" (2020), continue to garner attention for their raw and edgy sound, with singles like "Thy Mission" and "HORSESHIT ON ROUTE 66" cementing their status as innovators in the alternative music scene. Through their striking visuals, theatrical live performances, and a defiantly DIY ethos, The Garden have established themselves as a formidable presence, constantly evolving and challenging the expectations of their audience.
