Argenis Brito

Argenis Brito, born in Caracas, Venezuela, began his musical journey at age seven with piano lessons and quickly discovered a passion for performance and composition that would shape his life. By his early teens, Brito was already playing in bands, and by 1985, he co-founded the pop and rock group WAG, where he worked as a composer, bassist, and vocalist, releasing two albums and achieving notable success across Venezuela in the late 1980s. Over the years, his diverse talents have led him through a series of genre-crossing projects, blending Latin American sounds with contemporary dance and electronic music, and establishing him as a true innovator in the global club scene.

In recent years, Brito has become renowned for his boundary-pushing electronic productions, releasing music on respected labels like Crosstown Rebels, Cadenza, and Dame Music. Now a Berlin resident, he continues to tour internationally, delivering dynamic live sets that blend house, techno, and Latin influences—often featuring unreleased tracks crafted specifically for each performance. His work, including releases like "White House," "Morning Noise," and the "Non Believer EP," reflects his reputation as a versatile artist and in-demand producer at the cutting edge of underground dance music.
