Mun G

Mun G, whose real name is Mungi Emmanuel Matovu, is a hip-hop artist from Uganda. He is signed to Baboon Forest Entertainment and has a strong passion for hip-hop music. Mun G's journey into music began professionally in 2009, with "Ebintu" being one of his early songs. He initially gained experience as GNL's hype man before starting his solo career. His music often reflects his influences from international hip-hop artists like Nas and Jay-Z. Mun G is known for his energetic and socially conscious music, which combines elements of African and Afrobeat rhythms. He has completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Makerere University.
