Caili O'Doherty is a New York-based pianist, composer, arranger, and educator known for her innovative approach to jazz. She integrates structures of language into both her compositions and improvisations, often focusing on celebrating and preserving the achievements of jazz's unsung women heroes. O'Doherty has received national awards for her jazz piano performance and composition from organizations like the ASCAP Foundation and Downbeat Magazine.
