The Instant Classic is an indie rock band from Brooklyn, New York. Formed in 2016, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Sam Kassirer, bassist and vocalist David Moore, and drummer and vocalist Will Berman. Their music is characterized by its catchy melodies, jangly guitars, and introspective lyrics. The band has released two albums, "Start of Something Big!" (2018) and "Instant Classic" (2020), as well as several singles, including "In the Morning" and "Newkirk." The Instant Classic has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as The National, Vampire Weekend, and The War on Drugs.
