**Aguadulce** is a vibrant Colombian musical duo known for blending indie pop, cumbia, and electronic rhythms into a sun-soaked, genre-defying sound. Formed in 2016 by María Mónica Gutiérrez (lead vocals/guitar) and Simón Mejía (producer/bassist, also of Bomba Estéreo), the project roots itself in playful experimentation, drawing inspiration from Colombian folklore and contemporary grooves.
