Ayda is a Swedish recording artist, singer, and songwriter born on January 8, 1990, and raised in Gothenburg. She began singing at a young age and gained widespread recognition after participating in The Voice of Turkey, where she reached the finals in 2013, notably rising in popularity with her rendition of Turkish singer Halil Sezai's song "Isyan." Following this success, Ayda moved to Istanbul and signed with Sony Music, releasing her debut single "Boğaz'da Yangın Var" in 2015.
