Mediocre is an indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Formed in 2018, the band consists of vocalist and guitarist Jake Hirshland, bassist and vocalist Sam Jodka, and drummer Jake Lenderman. Their music is characterized by catchy melodies, jangly guitars, and introspective lyrics that explore themes of love, loss, and the search for meaning in a chaotic world. Mediocre has released several EPs and singles, including "Fun Time Fix (We Go Go)," "To Know You're Screwed," and "Pop Song Baby." They have toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, sharing the stage with bands such as The Strokes, Interpol, and The National.
