Stone Nomads

Stone Nomads is a heavy, sludgy doom metal power trio from Houston, Texas, formed in 2021 by seasoned musicians Jon Cosky (guitar/vocals) and Jude Sisk (bass/vocals). Known for their dense, atmospheric sound that blends stoner, doom, and sludge metal elements, they explore intense themes like life and death through their music. The band quickly made a name for themselves by hitting the Texas live scene hard and sharing stages with respected acts such as Elder and Mothership. Their debut album, *Fields of Doom* (2022), released via Gravitoyd Heavy Music, debuted at #8 on the August Doom Charts, showcasing their heavy riffing and moody soundscapes. Following that, they've continued to cement their presence with newer releases like *Empires of Stone* featuring tracks such as "Eyehatesociety" and "The Devil Lives in Texas".

The lineup has seen some changes on drums, but core members Cosky and Sisk remain central to the band's identity and evolving sound.
