Sakiko Osawa

Sakiko Osawa is a vibrant and sought-after music creator, producer, and DJ based in Shibuya, Tokyo. Born in Iwate prefecture, she began her music journey at the age of three by playing the violin. Her musical interests evolved when she discovered rock and punk in her school days, leading her to form a band and play bass guitar. She pursued her passion for music by attending Nihon University College of Art in Tokyo, where she majored in Music and focused on various aspects like music information, acoustics, and media art. Sakiko's work also includes developing her own surround sound system using eight speakers, which differs from the standard setup.

Sakiko Osawa's career has been marked by a diverse range of activities. She has worked with various visual production companies, acquiring skills in projection mapping and visual directing. Her performances include live sets at notable venues like Shibuya Oiran and appearances at events such as Amsterdam Dance Event. Her music releases showcase her versatility, from remixes like "Fullmoon feat. Saito Neko" to original tracks like "ZODIAC" and "Tokyo Disco Beat." Sakiko's creativity extends beyond music, as she is also involved in fashion, often incorporating "Triangle" motifs into her style. She has played at numerous clubs and festivals, including those in Shanghai and Amsterdam, and has been part of events like the "ENTER.Sake" and "WIRED CLASH" festivals.
