Jeremy Dower is an Australian electronic musician and visual artist born in 1976 in Bendigo, Victoria. He has been active since the 1990s, creating atmospheric, downtempo, IDM, and techno-infused music both under his own name and as Tetrphnm. His sound blends ambient techno and playful MIDI jazz, inspired by classic acts like Autechre and Orbital, with a retrofuturist nod to early home computing. Recently, he released *Personal Computer Music, 1997-2022*, a compilation drawn from 25 years of unreleased material, showcasing his long career in electronic music and his engagement with digital aesthetics.
In addition to music, Dower is known as a visual artist and has worked in computer game design.
