Jeremy Dower

Jeremy Dower is an Australian electronic musician and visual artist born in 1976 in Bendigo, Victoria. He has been active since the 1990s, creating atmospheric, downtempo, IDM, and techno-infused music both under his own name and as Tetrphnm. His sound blends ambient techno and playful MIDI jazz, inspired by classic acts like Autechre and Orbital, with a retrofuturist nod to early home computing. Recently, he released *Personal Computer Music, 1997-2022*, a compilation drawn from 25 years of unreleased material, showcasing his long career in electronic music and his engagement with digital aesthetics.

In addition to music, Dower is known as a visual artist and has worked in computer game design. His creative work often explores the intersection of digital art and sound, reflecting his passion for vintage computing and electronic soundscapes. He currently lives in Japan and has contributed to projects beyond music, including visual work for video games like *Shantae: Risky's Revenge*.
