Night Viper

**Night Viper** is a Swedish heavy metal crew that emerged from Gothenburg’s rock scene in the early 2010s, armed with riff-driven anthems and a love for old-school NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) energy. Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Sofie-Lee Johansson, the band blends gritty, high-octane guitar work (courtesy of Tobias Björk) with thunderous rhythms from bassist Peter Berglund and drummer Jonas Häglund. Since dropping their self-titled debut album in 2016—packed with tracks like “Exterminator” and the headbanger “Night Viper”—they’ve become a cult favorite in the underground metal circuit.
