Giulio Mastrototaro is an Italian baritone known for his versatile performances across various operatic roles. Born in Riva del Garda, he studied under Vito Maria Brunetti at the Bolzano Conservatory, completing his studies in 2002. Mastrototaro has made notable appearances in operas such as *La Cenerentola*, *Andrea Chénier*, *Il turco in Italia*, and *Tosca* at prominent venues like the Arena di Verona and La Scala in Milan. His repertoire includes works by Paisiello, Rossini, and Donizetti, showcasing his mastery of both classical and bel canto styles. He has also participated in festivals like the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro and the Salzburg Festival.

Mastrototaro's awards include winning the As.Li.Co. Competition for his portrayal of Belcore in *L’elisir d’amore* and receiving recognition for his performance in Donizetti's *Pietro il Grande* at the Martina Franca Festival. His recordings include works for Dynamic and Naxos, highlighting his contribution to the operatic world through both live performances and recorded music.
