His first album, *Band Darwazo Ta*, was released in 1980, followed by more than thirty others. Sakhirani's music emphasizes his Sindhi identity and is frequently complemented by another notable singer, Shaman Mirali. He studied classical music under Ustad Qudrat Ullah, showing his deep commitment to traditional musical forms.
