Don Peake

Don Peake is an accomplished American guitarist, composer, and arranger whose diverse career has spanned rock, soul, and film scoring. Starting out as a session guitarist in the 1960s, he played with The Wrecking Crew, contributing to recordings by iconic artists like The Beach Boys and The Jackson 5. His skills as an arranger and producer also led him to work with legends such as Ray Charles and Marvin Gaye.

Peake later found success in film and television music, composing scores for a range of genre films, including Wes Craven’s cult horror classic The Hills Have Eyes and other thrillers like I, Desire and The People Under the Stairs.
