Ravenlight

Ravenlight is a Symphonic Power Metal band from Northern Ireland, formed in January 2018 by Rebecca Feeney and John Connor. Known for their energetic blend of progressive and symphonic elements, the band quickly gained attention in the Irish metal scene. Their debut album, **Project Genesis**, was released in June 2020 across Europe and Japan, receiving positive reviews. Following the pandemic, Ravenlight released a covers EP titled **“Intermission”** in 2021. After a series of lineup changes, including Rebecca Feeney's departure in early 2024, John Bonham joined the band as the new vocalist. In 2023, they released their album **“Immemorial”**, which marked their return to live performances, including major festivals like the Siege of Limerick. The band's current lineup includes John Bonham on vocals, John Connor on guitars/keyboards, Micheł Bugajski on drums, and Dean Ashall-Kane on bass.

Ravenlight's music style is characterized by catchy melodies, powerful vocals, and intricate lyrics, making them a standout in the symphonic metal genre. Their recent releases include songs like **"Springtime Lament (2024 Version)"** and **"Immemorial"**, showcasing their evolving sound while maintaining their core essence of symphonic power metal.
