Elis Mraz, born Eliška Mrázová on August 6, 1994, in Ostrava, Czech Republic, is a versatile singer and songwriter known for her eclectic blend of soul, reggae, world music, and swing. She gained recognition early in her career, winning the "Objev roku" (Discovery of the Year) award at the Český slavík Mattoni in 2014. That same year, she reached the semifinals of the competition "Hlas Česko Slovenska." Elis Mraz has released several notable works, including her debut album *Shubidu* in 2013 and the EP *History* in 2020. Her music often features a range of instruments, such as the ukulele, piano, harmonica, guitar, and lyra. She has also been involved in television, co-hosting the children's show "Ty Brďo!" on Czech Television with her brother Dalibor Mráz.
In recent years, Elis Mraz has participated in the Czech national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, finishing second in both 2020 with "Wanna Be Like" (feat. Čis T) and 2021 with "Imma Be."
