Will Wells is a talented producer, songwriter, musician, and recording engineer hailing from Erial, New Jersey. A Berklee College of Music graduate, he specialized in film scoring and music production & engineering while sharpening his skills as a songwriter, arranger, conductor, and performer. After moving to Los Angeles in 2011, Wells worked as a senior engineer at Woodshed Recording and toured with prominent acts like LMFAO and Nikki Yanofsky. His impressive studio and stage collaborations include working with legends such as Quincy Jones, Barbra Streisand, RZA and the Wu-Tang Clan, Wyclef Jean, DJ Premier, and Imagine Dragons, among others. Additionally, his credits include contributions to the award-winning Broadway musical *Hamilton*, and co-writing Pentatonix’s hit single “Can’t Sleep Love.” Wells' extensive involvement in music both on and off stage showcases his diverse talents and dedication to the craft.
Beyond performance and production, Will Wells is passionate about education and community engagement. Since 2009, he has lectured widely, from grade schools to graduate programs, and remains involved with his alma mater, Timber Creek High School, where he has been recognized with the Outstanding Community Educator Award. Currently, he serves as Chair of Songwriting and Production at BerkleeNYC, continuing to nurture the next generation of musicians while also pushing his own creative boundaries with recent releases like “TEETH” and “Life After Death.” His music often blends indie and progressive rock elements with powerful hooks and emotional intensity, earning him growing recognition in the indie music scene.
