Ledfoot is the raw, blues-drenched alter ego of Norwegian-American musician Tim Scott McConnell, a growling force of nature who’s been described as "Tom Waits meets Nick Cave in a dusty gunfight." Born in Alaska and later rooted in Norway’s music scene, McConnell carved his path as a genre-blurring storyteller, mixing outlaw country, dark blues, and punk rock into his gravelly sound. Before adopting the Ledfoot moniker in the 2000s, he fronted bands like The Saints (not the Australian punk legends) and 1, 2, 6, 8’s, but his solo work thrives on haunting, stripped-down intensity.

Tracks like "Burn Your Whole World Down" (featured in the series *So Long, Marianne*) and "I'm the Outsider" showcase his knack for brooding anthems and cinematic storytelling, often dripping with themes of rebellion and redemption. McConnell’s collaborations with Norwegian acts like El Doom & The Born Electric and his contributions to film/TV soundtracks further cement his status as a cult favorite.
