Chhaya Ganguli is a distinguished Indian singer known for her exquisite renditions of ghazals, bhajans, and light classical music. She has a rich musical background rooted in Hindustani classical traditions and was trained under renowned vocalists like Dr. Prabha Atre and Shobha Gurtu. Ganguli gained widespread acclaim with her National Award-winning playback song "Aap Ki Yaad Aati Rahi Raat Bhar" from the 1978 film *Gaman*, a song that remains timeless in Indian music circles. Throughout her career, she served All India Radio and Doordarshan for over 36 years, eventually retiring as the Head of Transcription & Programme Exchange Service.
