Julio Montalvo

Julio Montalvo is a prominent Cuban trombonist, composer, arranger, and conductor known for his avant-garde approach to Latin jazz and Afro-Cuban music. As a versatile artist, Montalvo has released 20 albums and founded his own label, Montalvo Records. His work spans a rich repertoire, including original Latin jazz compositions, tributes to mambo and disco eras, and innovative Big Band performances with his Julio Montalvo Orchestra.
