Jaeden Izik-Dzurko

Jaeden Izik-Dzurko is a Canadian pianist from Salmon Arm, British Columbia, who has quickly risen to international prominence with his expressive, refined playing and impressive competition wins. He holds a Bachelor of Music from The Juilliard School and a Master of Music from the University of British Columbia, and currently studies in Europe. At just 25, Jaeden won the prestigious 2024 Leeds International Piano Competition and became the first Canadian to take the Grand Prize at the Concours musical international de Montréal the same year. His artistry is marked by a remarkable communicative power and technical command, earning him acclaim from audiences, critics, and conductors worldwide.

Jaeden has performed at esteemed venues such as Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall and the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, and with major orchestras including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Orchestre symphonique de Montréal. Beyond competitions, he has received numerous awards and fellowships, including the Borletti-Buitoni Trust Fellowship in 2024. His playing is broadcast widely on platforms such as BBC Radio 3 and medici.tv, cementing his status as one of the most exciting young pianists of his generation.
