Jean Cras
Jean Cras was a French composer, organist, and naval officer. Born in Brest, France, in 1879, he studied music at the Paris Conservatory and later served as an officer in the French Navy. Cras's music is known for its evocative melodies, rich harmonies, and colorful orchestration. He composed a wide range of works, including operas, symphonies, concertos, and chamber music. Cras died in Brest in 1932, leaving behind a legacy of beautiful and enduring music.
