The Teardrops
The Teardrops are a blues-rock band that formed in the late 1970s in Los Angeles, California. The band's original lineup consisted of guitarist and vocalist Rick Vito, bassist Patrick Simmons, and drummer Gary Mallaber. The Teardrops released their debut album, "Luigi's Original - Everything On It - Classic Italian Love Songs," in 1979. The album was a critical and commercial success, and it helped to establish the band as one of the leading blues-rock bands of the era. The Teardrops have continued to release albums and tour throughout the years, and they remain one of the most popular blues-rock bands in the world.
