Roman Borisov

Roman Borisov is a rising star in the world of classical piano, known for his captivating performances and musical interpretations. At a young age, he was introduced to the renowned piano teacher Mary Lebenzon at the Novosibirsk Conservatory, where he began his musical journey. Borisov has won several prestigious awards, including the First Prize at the Kissinger KlavierOlymp in 2022 and the Krainev Youth Competition in 2019. His repertoire includes works by Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, Prokofiev, Brahms, Chopin, and Beethoven. He has performed with notable orchestras such as the Konzerthausorchester Berlin and the ORF Symphony Orchestra. Borisov is currently studying at the Hanns Eisler Conservatory in Berlin under Prof. Eldar Nebolsin.

Recent highlights in his career include a CD release featuring works by Franck, Godowsky, and Rachmaninoff, titled "Chiaroscuro," and a recording of Mozart's Piano Concertos with the ORF Symphony Orchestra. His upcoming engagements include performances with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra and the Kammerakademie Potsdam. Borisov's performances are characterized by their musicality, intuition, and impressive stage presence, marking him as a promising talent in the classical music scene.
