Andrey Sirotkin

Andrey Sirotkin is a Kyiv-based Ukrainian music producer and DJ known for his distinctive blend of underground electronic styles, including deep techno, acid, and leftfield house/techno. He began his musical journey in 2004 with a passion for drum and bass, later exploring dubstep, techno, and ambient music under various aliases before releasing work under his own name. Sirotkin runs his own label, Vyrii Records, and hosts a monthly radio show called *Andrey Sirotkin In The Mix* on Data Transmission Radio. His music often incorporates modular synthesis and features haunting pads and hypnotic percussion, reflecting his interest in sound design and vintage visual aesthetics like art deco and art nouveau. He has released a steady flow of music for years, including his recent full-length album *Welcome To Vyrii*.

Sirotkin's music career has been deeply intertwined with his life in Kyiv, especially during challenging times such as the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, which has affected his studio and personal life. Despite adversity, he continues to create music and support his community, with many of his music events contributing proceeds to support Ukrainian military forces.
