Scorpion Child is a hard rock band from Austin, Texas, formed in 2012. The band consists of Aryn Jonathan Black (vocals, guitar), Chris Cowart (guitar), Tommie Joyner (bass), and Anthony "Fu" Smith (drums). Scorpion Child's music is a blend of classic rock, heavy metal, and psychedelic influences, with a focus on catchy melodies and powerful riffs. The band has released three full-length albums, "Scorpion Child" (2013), "Polygon of Eyes" (2016), and "Acid Roulette" (2020), as well as several EPs and singles. Scorpion Child has toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and has shared the stage with bands such as Clutch, Mastodon, and The Sword.
