Mind Distortion System

Mind Distortion System is the musical project of Nelson Jara Dos Santos, born in Belgium in 1975. His journey into music began in 1994 when he attended a Goa Gil party while living in Portugal, which sparked his interest in psytrance. He started DJing in 1996 and began producing music in 1998. Nelson is also a co-founder of Lycantrop Records, where he oversees the musical aspects of the label. Under the Mind Distortion System banner, he has released several notable tracks and albums, including "Odyssey," which showcases his vibrant style in the psytrance genre. Additionally, he is involved in other projects like Underground Directive and offers mastering services through MadMaXstering.

Nelson's career highlights include performances at festivals like Noise Poison and Psycrowdelica. His music often explores themes of deep, psychedelic soundscapes, reflecting his passion for the psytrance scene.
