Jamestown Revival

Jamestown Revival is an American rock duo that combines classic storytelling with soulful harmonies, encapsulating a modern take on timeless American music. Comprised of childhood friends Jonathan Clay and Zach Chance, who hail from Magnolia, Texas, the group officially formed in 2011 in Austin. The duo quickly became known for their rich blend of Southern rock, Americana, and Western folk.

Their music often pays tribute to their Southern roots and draws inspiration from the great outdoors, historical narratives, and personal experiences, which can be heard in their earthy and narrative-driven songwriting. In their 2019 album “San Isabel,” Jamestown Revival achieves a serene acoustic sound that emphasizes their vocal harmonies and thoughtfully crafted lyrics. This ethos is extended in the 2021 release “Fireside With Louis L'Amour - A Collection Of Songs Inspired By Tales From The American West,” which sees them drawing inspiration from the celebrated Western author to further infuse their music with the spirit of Americana lore. With each release, including their intimate singles like "Young Man" and "Working on Love," Jamestown Revival continues to craft music that honors the past while remaining firmly connected to the present, inviting listeners on a journey through landscapes both external and internal.
