Christian Nesmith

Christian Nesmith is an American musician, born on January 31, 1965, in Los Angeles, California. He is the eldest son of Michael Nesmith, a member of the iconic band The Monkees. Christian has had a diverse career, collaborating with various artists such as his father, Michael Sherwood, Ty Tabor, and Doug Pinnick of King's X. He has also toured with Air Supply as a lead guitarist and was involved in the Monkees' reunion tours between 2012 and 2021. In addition to his collaborative work, Christian Nesmith has released his own solo album, *An Axe to Grind*, in 2006. He is also known for his work with his wife, Circe Link, on several of her albums, and they have collaborated on progressive rock projects like *Cosmologica* and *Arcana*.

Christian Nesmith has been active in multiple facets of the music industry, including producing albums like *Dolenz Sings Nesmith*, which features Micky Dolenz performing songs written by his father.
