After 14 years of classical ballet training, Ghettoballerina transitioned into rapping while studying in Moscow, where she was exposed to diverse hip-hop styles and learned essential skills in music marketing and PR. Her music career took off in Moscow, and she eventually returned to Namibia, where she has become a prominent figure in the local hip-hop scene.
