Stalingrad Cowgirls

Stalingrad Cowgirls was a punk/rock band from Salla, Finnish Lapland, formed in 2005. The band consisted of sisters Riina and Enni Kivela, along with a friend. They gained recognition for their energetic performances and toured extensively, even supporting notable bands like Iggy & the Stooges and Muse. Their music featured catchy hooks and punk-infused rock, as seen in tracks like "Rainmaker," "You Won't Get It," and "Stalingrad Bitches." The band released their debut album "Somewhere High" and were signed to Warner Music. However, Stalingrad Cowgirls disbanded in 2012.

Some of their notable releases include "Kiss Your Heart Goodbye," "Baby Girl," and "Somewhere High." Despite their relatively short career, they left a mark on the Finnish music scene with their unique blend of punk and rock.
