**Cage** (born Christian Palko) is a New York-based rapper and underground hip-hop icon known for his raw, introspective lyricism and boundary-pushing collaborations. Emerging in the late ’90s and early 2000s as part of the Definitive Jux collective, he carved a niche with dark, autobiographical storytelling, tackling themes like mental health and personal struggle on projects like *Movies for the Blind* (2002) and *Hell’s Winter* (2005).
