Meet Me in St. Louis

Meet Me in St. Louis was a post-hardcore band from Guildford, Surrey, formed in 2005. The band's name is inspired by the 1944 film of the same name. They were signed to Function Records and BSM Records in England, as well as Denovali Records in Germany. During their active years, they released several notable works, including the EP *And With The Right Kind Of Eyes You Can Almost See The High Water Mark That Place Where The Wave Finally Broke and Rolled Back* and their debut album *Variations on Swing* in 2007. The band gained attention from British music publications like Drowned in Sound, Kerrang, Rock Sound, and NME. Meet Me in St. Louis disbanded in 2008 but briefly reunited in 2016 for a series of shows.

The band's music was part of the math-rock and post-hardcore scenes, contributing to the British underground music landscape. After disbanding, members went on to pursue other musical projects. Despite their short career, Meet Me in St. Louis left a lasting impact, with their music still celebrated by fans today, including an annual "Meet Me in St Louis Day" on September 24, marking the anniversary of their debut album's release.
